    A few more fidonet echos are pending for inclusion to the TgM gate:


    X-FILES and NZ_FIDONET, Moderator=Paul Hayton.

    AUDIO, Moderator=Marc Lewis

    ASIAN_LINK, Moderator=Carol Shenkenberger


    All of those should be quite suitable for the chat-style offered by
    Telegram.

    Meanwhile, I built a Telegram channel for the purposes of similar announcements like the above. The channel should serve as a way for people to read news about newly added echos how-to's, faqs, etc.

    No. Tgm has groups and channels. Channels seem to be an announcement tool. So, I wondered if that could be useful. I'm just experimenting. Channels seem to be Fido equivalent to a read-only echo. It's not bad.
