    Hello All,

It took a while but www.ftsc.org is now available via IPv6

    Cheers, Michiel

    True! :)

    But : http://ip6.nl/#!ftsc.org

    "ftsc.org isn't quite ready for IPv6 yet."

That site is rather strict in its ruling. This one is not so strict.

    http://ready.chair6.net/?url=ftsc.org

    And so is this one:

http://ipv6-test.com/validate.php Yjeu gove us 2 out of 3.

Other than that, I think that at the moment complaining about the lack of an IPv6 DNS server is nit picking. Yes, this will be a problem in a strict OPv6 only environment, but at present the worst situation for potential visitors of ftsc.org ara on DS-lite.

Same for the lack of an IPv6 MX record. It will be many years before this becomes an issue.

    Cheers, Michiel

Captain Obvious to the rescue... :-)

    But : http://ip6.nl/#!ftsc.org
    "ftsc.org isn't quite ready for IPv6 yet."

That requires JavaScript, and I don't trust this site that much.

    That is your loss.
Considering the sponsor of the redesign of the website,
I have no doubts about this website, but then, I live in NL and have had
my first Internet experieneces when I connected a network to Surfnet,
the Dutch research and University network.

I second that. The guys at Surfnet (Stichting Universitaire Reken Faciliteiten) know what they are doing. I first came across them in the late 70ties when I worked as a scientist at Utrecht University. They build a network for the Dutch universities. Later they became an ISP for universities. I trust them.

The DNS service provider that hosts the name servers for ftsc.org is a bit slow with IPv6. One can now enter AAAA records, but it is not fully automatic yet. Some human intervention on their side seems to be necessary at the moment. They say they are working on it.

Perhaps I should flood them with with requests for AAAA updates, so the have an incentive to update their hosting manager.
