That it is most likely being caused by the No Quit Cancel rule. Basically
a non compliant SMTP server not issuing the QUIT command after sending a message.
You can revert back to the relaxed mode with the following registry change.
wcREGEDIT /local /value:wcsmtp\EnableNoQuitCancel /dword:0

Getting a lot of incoming mail that has the .canceled extension on it, most of it has been junk, but I just had one that was a valid mail that got the extension .canceled placed on it. Wondering what the process was that places this extension on a timeout problem? Not sure what causes that file extension to be used.
Thanks
