    It most probably should be. This bug should also probably be

    that Winpoint never inserts a minus for TZ.

    Yes please, add it to the CONS section. I suppose it will be handy when Dale releases his new version.

    That bug was added to the bugs list I sent to Dale many months ago. Have
    you seen the updated list?

    Fixed in 366.1.
